Team Fitness Concepts

Team Fitness Concepts is a group of individuals who enjoy training, racing and having fun together. We gather weekly for group rides, runs and swims during the season. We train hard and we race fast. All are welcome to join us.

We are committed to reaching beyond our supposed limits and encouraging other athletes and non-athletes to do the same. We are fiercely committed to our sponsors and, indeed, any company that chooses to devote their resources to our sports.

While most of our athletes are multi-sport specialists, our doors are open to runners, cyclists, swimmers, mountain bikers, and virtually any other endurance athlete.
